The third workout Vlog in the series. A quick leg work out training the following; quads, hamstring and calves (missed this off the video but did calf raises).
Workout as follows
90 second rest between all
Squats – Explosive 3 x set 8 – 12
Lying Hamstring curl – Explosive 3 x set 8 – 12
Front squats – Explosive 3 x set 8 – 12
Dumbbell Lunges – Explosive 3 x set 8 – 12
Calf raises Explosive 3 x set 12-15
